Do you only source European suppliers?
No. ANSIC is built primarily for European SMEs, but relevant suppliers can be based in Europe or elsewhere in the world. We take your preferred sourcing area, delivery requirements and constraints into account.
What does supplier qualification include?
Depending on the request, we check product compatibility, minimum order quantities, pricing, availability, lead times and relevant documentation. Important points can be checked directly with suppliers. Pending information is clearly flagged; document checks are not a certification or compliance guarantee.
When will I receive my shortlist?
Our target is 2–3 business days after the scope has been clarified and agreed. Complex requirements or supplier response times may extend this. We confirm the expected timing for your request. Sourcing time is separate from product delivery time.
What does a sourcing request cost?
Submitting a requirement is non-binding and does not trigger a payment. We agree the scope and any applicable fees with you before the search begins.
What happens after I submit my request?
Your request is recorded for review. ANSIC can contact you to clarify the brief and agree the next step. The shortlist is prepared for your specific requirements; it is not an instant, automatically generated result.
